WHY IS YOUR PRICING SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN OTHER WEB SITES?
-We are a direct supplier of our products, thus cutting out any middlemen as well as any associated overhead. Much of our inventory is packed in semi-bulk quantities which we offer to our customers at significant savings. We do however sell items in smaller quantities and if for any reason you would like to purchase our products as such please e-mail or call our customer service (click here for info) and they will be happy to accommodate you.
HOW SHOULD MY PRODUCT ARRIVE AT TIME OF DELIVERY?
-All items should arrive either frozen or chilled at time of delivery. Our shipping containers are packed with dry ice to avoid spoilage of the product.
WHY DOESN’T EXOTICMEATSALES.COM OFFER GROUND SHIPMENT AS A METHOD OF FREIGHT FOR MY ORDER?
-Because of the short life span of dry ice and the chance of any delay in transport, we are forced to use next or second day air for most shipments.
WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?
-There are multiple factors such as rising fuel costs, time in transit, weight of product, etc. that push shipping rates so high. We try to absorb as much cost as possible in your order, but unfortunately have to pass much of the freight rate to our customers.
WHAT IF I CAN’T SEEM TO FIND AN ITEM THAT I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE FROM EXOTICMEATSALES.COM?

YOU OFFER MANY PRODUCTS IN BULK PACK, BUT I AM INTERESTED IN PURCHASING ONLY ONE PACK OF A PARTICULAR ITEM. DO YOU BREAK CASES (PURCHASE ONE PACK RATHER THAN WHOLE CASE) OF CERTAIN ITEMS?
-We do break cases (sell items individually rather than bulk), but are limited to certain items. -We ship from our USDA inspected facility in Los Angeles, California using carriers such as UPS, FED-EX, DHL, etc.
